the sandbox- restrictions apply

many of you know that even though the sandbox itself is for "off topic discussion" there are still plenty of rules that apply, I am making this post to argue that even though the sandbox is dedicated for "off topic discussion" there are tons of off topic things that get restricted, like for example, if you saw my thing about wart, that was off topic wasn't it, it had no relevance to anything. Yet why does something like a sandbox have rules... (aside from the ones that keep most of the content kid friendly)
The staff should either lower the amount of rules, or dedicate a place for random posts that have no meaning at all and were just made to show off useless information.

Sandbox is about DISCUSSING stuff that doesn't fit into any other categorxy (like real life stuff and whatnot), BUT (and that is a general forum ule, or maybe just common logic) a hread should have room for discussion, which your topic about Wart clearly didn't have.

This topic isn't really needed either, or anymore.
