[*]Custom Final Fortress tileset
[*]Falling platforms (replacing both red and orange falling platforms) (smw grass)
[*]E-2000 npc/mini boss, replacing Wart
[*]Rotating alarm (set npc to don't move OR IT WON'T WORK CORRECTLY)
[*]custom Tileset that WAS going to be for the Egg Fleet, but I never finished, so it was cannibalised for this post (smw cave)
[*]Cannons, replacing bowser statue, Rinka(right name?) and volcano lotus.
[*]Computer sign which was made 2 years ago

[*]custom background items (namely custom propeller and red tiles)
[*]My pride.

These tileset are very nicely, the shading and variety of color blend make this tileset truly stand out from the others.
Nice job Dr. Robotnik. :)

I can barely tell foreground and background apart due to the colours and fact that the background has outlines.

Well, the stage mainly uses reds and blacks and greys, so they are bound to look similar... I attempted to avoid this by outlining the background with grey instead of black. Perhaps a fog layer....

You shouldn't outline backgrounds. Also the buzzy beetle's outline is grey aswell. You could darken the background.

The background had already been darkened. Any more and the darkest(furthest out) areas became almost all black.

Nether the less repair it I will try. So much for."complete"

Edit: DONE.
