I can't find a credits file in the episode folder. Does anyone know where it is, or if there is one at all?

This is my favorite episode so far. So well done, and with all the new separately made graphics, it feels like almost an entirely new game.
Only problem is it gets very difficult after a while (and I used to think I was good at Mario games). I seem to have hit a wall and can't get past the middle of world 7. So I got a question... (I guess this can pertain to any episode on SMBX)
Is there a way to edit one of the files in the folder for it so that you can like skip a level or whatever? Where does it mark where your progress is saved? I know it's kind of lame but I really want to see the rest of the game and am getting really frustrated. But I'm not super computer savvy like some here, so I was just wondering how or if you can do this. Unlike with the real games, we should have the luxury to do things like this if we need lol

Edit the level or use cheats.

The first thing I noticed while playing the game was the level design. It's just perfect! With lots of alternate passages, secrets and little details, we are well above the levels created by Nintendo for their games. I noticed that the level design was similar to the Sonic games on Genesis, were you inspired by it?
I also have another question: what texture pack did you use for the world map, I would like to use it because it allows you to do relief with the SMB3 style which is the best.
Thank you in advance for your answers.
