I reckon there should be a "Lost Episodes" subforums so then people wouldn't have to keep posting a request about the lost episode they are trying to find.

Sounds useless to me. I don't think that subforum like that will be accepted since anyone can find these episodes via google or somewhere.

Just request episodes in the Help and Support section. That's what most people do, anyways.

LOST episodes

(Episodes that cannot be found anywhere, only some users have)

Kep has a point. Simply just request the episode you want in the general or help & support forum. If somebody who has it is willing to post it publicly, they can by posting it in the regular episodes forum.

There's no need to make a special forum just for old episodes.

Edit: also, emphasising one word to try and explain your point further and following that by repeating your proposition doesn't argue your case at all.
