Corrected SMW Castle Stairs

Corrected the SMW castle stairs, also includes a Bowser statue in-block tile.

The stairs are in SMW like they're in SMBX, except they're escalators in SMW. So this isn't exactly a fix but a modification. Either way, it looks nice.
