The cloud looks really dark and doesn't fit in environments you'd normally put clouds like this in (grasslands, etc.). It would be better to shade it a light blue color instead of a dark gray.

Both clouds would be really useful in a darker grass environment.

Replace the Black/blue colors with the purple SMB3 Pallete.
