Nien is at 4 and Jacob is at 4, DatDude is at 1.

He is either normal townie or doesn't want to play the game anymore. imo behavior like this should be punished, since if he really is Mafia, then this might cost them the win, and basically whoever is in his teams has worse chances of winning now. Also, keep in mind I'm viewing this from the perspectiv eof someone who wants a good and fair game, and while it of course is good for us if he really is Mafia, it isnt really that much fun if someone just gives up. I'll keep my vote on DatDude though since Jacob might as well be a regular townie who has just gien up. I'm totally fin if his behavior gets punished in form of a lynch though.

He could be spreading flase info by claiming he has contact with the sheriff. For all we know, he could be misleading us.

He doesn't seem like he cares about living. If he happens to cardflip something other than red, keep in mind that the Cloaker might still be alive. He probably didn't use his ability until later, hence why the Sheriff inspected him and he was red before.
