Design Usage:
This Level was pretty simplistic and short but it works for a SMB Styled Level. It was rather kinda bland by it's design so it would of be a bit more adviseable to have a bit more terrain change if you are going for a SMB3 Level like it shouldn't be at the complete bottom for the most time. There were no secrets found except for one hidden 1UP block and that was it. It would of be nice to have at least one secret Area or somewhere but if you want to make a SMB Style Game then you can do it without since not every Level has that. It would of be nice to have them though at least for this Level but oh well. There is not much to say about it's design as much since it is relative to SMB. It would of been nice to add something more into it like that you have more ability to play and also do something differently instead of doing the same kind of thing in this Level like Platform wise. At least your background, background objects and music usage was nice enough for this Level. At the end you could of used the SMB3 Recolored Version of the SMW Gate Goal to fit more to SMB3.

NPC Placements:
Your NPC Placements were relatively nice on this Level. Your Enemy Placements was ok enough but please do not put enemies near at the Starting Point or else the player needs to react a bit quick at the Start of the Level. The rest were average for this kind of Level except for these Para-Goombas that are on the Hover AI Left and Right. They do have a unique AI by having them on the ground like that but for a new strange Enemy that goes like that seems to me weird. At least Para-Goombas on jump would be better and maybe Para-Koopas aswell since this Level is pretty easy currently. Something at the Platforming Section there could be some hover Enemies over Pits or something but my guess overall if there was one. Your Coin Placements are relatively nice so good work on that. Power Up Placements were also neat directed for this Level.

A nice Level for an Average SMB Level at least but flaws were on my sight.
