How to put new chars and others questions

Hey everyone i'm new here so escuse if this is at the wrong place. I have some questions:
Is possible to put new playable charaters like wario, waluigi or even samus?
If it is, how can i do that? where can i find them?
Also i'd like to ask, does anyone have a good event tutorial?

That's not possible. You can only skin the current characters with graphics of other characters, but their abilities will not change.

Yes, but like XerX said you can't change their abilities.

You replace the actual sprites with the custom graphics. You can find them in GFX packs.
