Don't use Tinypic or Imageshack! External Image Hosting Bug!

Today, it seems that many people are bugged by their images swapped with other people's images, or even their photos deleted. It's very disastrous, and most of these users who complained about the problem are using Tinypic or ImageShack. When their images gets swapped with another person's image, this could be NSFW content that can be against the rules, or even causes screenshots in your projects to be invalid.
I don't have screenshots at all to show proof, because I don't use my Imageshack account at all, nor even use Tinypic.
Change your avatar/posts/signature as much as possible if you're using TinyPic or possibly ImageShack. I recommend you start using imgur, PhotoBucket, or Dropbox. Tinypic and Imageshack are starting to become unreliable for people who use it. If you use an unreliable image host or hotlink without permission, and the external image is replaced with something that violates the rules, you can and will be held responsible. Therefore, please use a reliable image host and do not hotlink.
