Alright, Here's my (unofficial) review:
Un-Gravity Space
Alright, this level. first off, it looked pretty cool (although I recommend using more different BGOs), and I like the music. the name of the level doesn't have anything to do with the level itself ( it could make for a cool gimmick though,), except for the "Space" part. As with most of your levels, this level started off really good. I started playing and I honestly was kind of impressed. but then.. The level got boring. just some enemies, no bottomless pits or anything, and it was WAY WAY WAAAAY too short. this seems to be a problem with most of your levels.
All in all, this level had potential, but it was just too short and repetative. I'm giving this a 5/10.

Things to fix:
-The level was too short, try making it about 4x longer. it was a good start though.
-Try adding more different BGOs then just pillars, like the cloud BGO that was in the folder.
-Gimmicks make a level alot better, even if it's just some moving layers or platforms.

c'mon i bored to make update. is hard work. i made this 3 hours. i have only one pretty good level. oh... not know. do you know i bored from this work with level and i made it bit short.

If your too bored to actually finish this level then it's going in the average level section.
And no one is gonna pull strings with a legit review and make the score higher just because you don't think it should be in the average section.

Design Usage:
Well what do we have here. A Space Level which apparently turned out to be incredible Cloudy in the dark with Stars. The Concept like Theme you used in this Level was surely neat. I do like what you did with the Clouds like detail inside the Tiles of it as it looks really nice. By the background objects, I kind of find the whole Pillars incredible unfitting for this Level since from what I have seen as a whole there are no Castle Pieces or anything relative to it so why are those Pillars here then? About it's Design, I surely find it nice to go at a different direction like not only right but you can also go to the left aswell at the far right and so on to have it less on a linear aspect but even with that it still kind of feels that it should of done better like having more Obstacles instead of just being the samething over and over at the same exact Section like give the player a different Challenge instead of just be the same as always... but that only Counts as the first Section overall. The Second Section where you have to use a Flamethrower Propeller Block to glide yourself downwards safely, it seems ok but way too simple since you can simply ignore the helpful Block and just drop yourself relatively fast without taking any damage. It would of been better to have more hazardous Objects like Spikes or anything that the player has a Challenge to actually avoid while falling down and not just fall down fast with nothing to really dodge as much untill the bottom. At the bottom you are on a Grassy Field with a SMB3 Star. The Music was surely fitting. The length was average for a regular Mario Level but it would of been more adviseable to have some secrets to find like a different pathway to get some Bonuses Stuff but oh well.
Point Rating: 3.5

NPC Placements:
Your Placements of the whole NPCs was surely nice. About the whole Enemy Placements they are ok for this Level but not too impressed especially at the secondary Section. You surely did this well for putting at least a few to give the Player some Challenge to avoid them but to me it seems a bit too lowly placed in like it seems that a few Areas are just empty as you can walk freely for example. About the second Section, there are only like 5 Para Koopas to avoid. Like I said before you should do something more than just that. About the Propeller Blocks you placed out, it seems that there are only one each of them like only one Player can get it while the other player can't get to it which is a bad idea to do because the second player can't get further along in this Level. The whole Coin Placements were relatively nice so this wasn't bad at all. Power Up Placements were average to say at least but a bit more rewarding like Fire Flowers would of been appreciated but I guess I can't complain about a Level that is easy anyway... at least in my run.

Pretty Good

It was a nicely designed Night-Sky (Space) Level with decent Placements like the Tiles and so on but some work needs to get on the roll.
