What is your favorite and most hate power-up and Item? (the item is optional).

Power-ups

My favorite power is the Ice Flower, it's very original, in my opinion is the perfect power because can be put on all levels, and make small loadable blocks, is ideal and funny.

The power-up to I most hate is the fire flower, I hate for various reasons, it is very simple, do the level very easy (sometimes) is very common on the games/levels and boring.

Items

My favorite item is the gun Billy, is fun and can be put on a common level, it is not necessary to alter the design dramatically (as in the case of the Clown Car), I also love the propeller block.

My most hated item, would be the Clown Car, as it is very difficult to include it in decent levels, and has some details that do a great problem.

What is an item? It is an object that can be used in favor of the player or can be recollected, eg Coins, propeller blocks, Billy gun, shoes, etc. (Not applicable to Yoshi)

I like ice flower and super leaf.
Ice flower freeze almost every enemy and can use the ice block with the enemy to reach high places and beat other enemys,and that why i like ice flower.
With Super leaf i can fly (and this is really cool) and i can destroy or hit blocks that are on ground and i can't hit them from below.


Edit:I frogot to say that i hate fire flower,is when people put in almost every level of ice world this iced coin blocks to secret path and other,and they don't put a fire flower on the ice world and you must go and find one in one other world.

I like the Hammer bros suit and the leaf. If you could mix those two and fly wile hitting stuff with hammers, that'd be so op.

I rather use the Tanooki Suit instead of a Leaf.

Yeah, tecnically I don't have something that is the best or the worst in my sight because nearly every single Power Ups are useful no matter what. I absolutely like the Tanooki Suit and the Hammer Suit because with both of them you are powerful enough to deal with most of the obstacles to get over with an strike a lot of enemies and even bosses on your way.

If I found out to be worst is the Poison Mushroom since he is a complete opposite of the regular Mushroom. He has a mean ability to kill you if you touch it instead of helping you.

I choosed hammer bro suit as the best. With that, you can kill boos and thwomps that way.

Fire Flower is possibly the worst one.

Not only that but you are also protected from a lot of fire NPCs if you duck which surely is handy.

...but he has a nice use eitherway. The downgraded Power Up by the Fire Flower is the Mushroom though since you only become bigger and you can destroy specific Blocks but that is my opinion overall.

best: obviously hammer Mario (but if this wasn't JUST smbx powerups id choose giant mushroom from nsmb)
worst: mushroom. just a plain mushroom (I even prefer mini-mushroom from other Mario games over it)

Best - Hammer Suit & Tanooki Suit

The best is obviously the hammer suit because it's overpowered.

The worst is obviously the poison mushroom because it damages you.

Does the Billy Gun count as a power-up? If it is, that's my favorite, along with the flamethrower. If not, I'd have to say I like both of the flowers, Fire and Ice.

The worst is the Poison Mushroom.

The Best: Mushroom

The Worst: Hammer Suit bc most people put it before the boss fight and it makes the boss a lot easier

The Billy gun and the flamethrowers fall into the category of item, But Also Think They are great, the power Hammer Bro in my serious review the worst, why? Because It Makes things too easy, TOO, Practically all enemies that are in SMBX can defeat with that hammer, and does it all too boring, another power-up I really love the tanooki suit has-been somewhat forgotten in games lately, I like it because i can defeat enemies in an unusual way, "running them over with the statue" does not make it all too easy and I also love to fall gently to the ground and fly.

Best Powerups: P-Switchs, Springs and Keys. Only because i like puzzles.

Worst Power-Up: Billy Gun. I think that makes a annoying sound, and make me tired.

Actually we are talking about the best power ups in SMBX, not the personal favorites.
Best: Tanooki suit
Worst: Poison mushroom

Is the Poison-Mushroom even counted as one. It looks more the kind of an enemie actually.

Technically it did come out of blocks in the lost levels so, yeah it probably counts as a power-up. (More like a power-down if you ask me.)

Best: Tanooki Suit or Ice Flower (I can't choose!)

Worst: Fire Flower. It's boring, repetitive, and you get more of these than you do Mushrooms. I'd prefer to stick to my Icr Flowers and my Tanooki Suits.

So it's the best for all?

Best Power-Up: Yoshi. I don't know if count as power-up, but Yoshi is like (sorry if i offend someone) a shield. When you get damage with him you don't lose your actual power-up, but can lose him and his a little hard mount him back again since he run fast. He are a junction of Kuribo's Shoe, Pipe Piranha and Mushroom at same time.

Worst Power-Up: Ice Flower. Yeah, i know that can be strange. To be true, doesn't exist Worst Power-Up. All Power-Ups have benefices. But i need choose the "Less Good" Power-Up, i choose Ice Flower. Let's see:

Fire Flower can kill the most of enemies in one shoot. Ice Flower too. Draw.
Fire Flower has a long range. Ice Flower doesn't reach the target when the ice ball touch the floor two times. This is a problem even if you are using Toad.
Fire Flower kill the enemies instantly, make him "zap" from the screen, and drops a coin. Ice Flower turn him in a ice cube. Ok, no problem, but they doesn't drop coins after killed. And you need coins, mainly in hard levels, when you need more lifes.
Also, Fire Flower can make ice block disappears, unlocking some secret paths.

Now, about the Poison Mushroom, since you can make Some enemies exit from blocks in Super Mario Bros X editor. Since Goombas can exit, Poison Mushrooms also can, that can make him a enemy. But we need know too that Poison Mushroom can't be killed in any form by player in contact or with power ups, meaning that it's can be a Power-Up. So, i think that it's a Power-Up too.

It's more like a Power-Down

In my opinion, the best power-up in SMBX is Hammer Suit; worst - Mushroom.
