Anarchy Arcade

I don't know jack about this game but a friend linked it to me.

It's a free game on Steam, it's called Anarchy Arcade, here's the description.

"Spawn real-life games, movies, pictures, and other media (directly from your PC or the internet) into the virtual world. Anarchy Arcade is a media-focused 3D desktop with multiplayer and internet capabilities. It will turn your entire PC into an entertainment experience!"

It has real-time multiplayer and cool shit.

And surprisingly enough, one of the devs of Anarchy Arcade put SMBX into this game. I shit you not, they put SMBX into this game.

Yeah I'll give more info on this after I play it.

While its nothing terribly mind blowing, it certainly makes you feel giddy in the way as if you're actually playing your games in an apartment(hell, you can do it at PAX). It is kind of nice to have not only steam directories, but also directories to video games, movies, you name it. What really interests me about it is that is your place to customize. Want a wall dedicated to the game you're playing? Put some pictures up. You want a Storm Trooper model standing by your Star Wars arcade machine? Do it! Overall, its very neat and there is some more fun to be had than just playing your games in one place. The only problem is that it just might not be free by January 2015. One can hope, I suppose...
