Super Mario Bros. 4

Hey, guys. Do you guys LOVE the Super Mario Bros. Trilogy and Super Mario World? Do you LOVE Super Mario Bros. X and all of the amazing creations put on here? Well I know I do. Have you ever wanted these things to come together? Well now they will!

I'm currently at work on my new Super Mario Bros. X episode, Super Mario Bros. 4. Should I add a subtitle that says 'The Star Quest'? If I should, let me know.

This episode will feature elements from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World, and other Mario games and SMBX Episodes! To make this episode "more special", I've done a Super Talking Time Bros. and hacked a copy of Super Mario Bros. X. That's right, this will be it's own game. It will also borrow graphics from STTB.

In this game, inspired by the awe and satisfaction that I've recieved playing Redigit's "The Princess Cliche", you will collect stars to progress in this game. In World 1, the stars will be at the end of the level, but in later worlds, you have to find the star elsewhere. In total, there will be 108 Stars to collect.

I'm still debating who the bosses of World 3 and 5 should be. Should the Boss of World 3 be Morton or King Totomesu? Should the boss of World 5 be Morton, Iggy or Roy? Should it be anyone else? Let me know!

The game is in the early stages. The World Map is complete, as is one single level: the Intro level.

I guess it is... therefore, the subtitle "The Star Quest" will be added to differentiate it from SMW.

The world map looks rather bland. Also, I would suggest posting screenshots of an actual level instead of just the world map.

These GFX were literally stolen from Super Talking Time Bros. 2. I'm pretty sure that they don't like people taking the map GFX uncredited.

What I can say about the project if there is only screens of bland World Maps?
And also the name Super Mario Bros. 4 is a bit cliche.

Hey guys. I read your feedback. Yes, I should post level screenshots. I had one level complete, but that's the least of the trouble. The name is a bit cliche, yes. Therefore, the name will be changed. The world map had graphics stolen from Super Talking Time Bros 2.5: The Last Levels, yes. There is a reason why: It saves tiles (there is a limit in how many tiles you can use) because it's in space, and they look much nicer than the default tiles. However, this will be changed. The world map will just use the default tiles. It may not look as nice, but the STTB tiles are for STTB. A REAL announcement will be made when the new project is closer to completion. This will feature better screenshots.
