Its possible to make?:When fairy touch ground he will not transform to mario.

Try testing block NPCs to see if they also make the fairy revert to human. I'd test it myself, but right now I cannot.

Solution: replace the fairy areas with lava.
Otherwise LunaDLL should be able to do that.
