Story and general info

Hi guys,
I know this is, like, the third time I restart this, but this version will be the final one. I think. Anyway, the story is your typical "villain kidnapped someone go save her'. But this time, the protagonist is a brave Toad, trying to save toadtte from Kamek! yes, this means you'll only be able to play as toad. If you don't like toad, go away. But that's not all. Kamek has been building alot of factories lately. These factories rapidly produce Kamechs, robotic and stronger copies of enemies you've seen before. Now, what you've all been waiting for;

Okay. Some more info for y'all. I'm planning on making 6 worlds, 6/5 levels each, but with alot of replayability and bonus content after kamek is defeated. Here's a little something:

Worlds and backstories

World 1: Grassy Goomba field
A simple world, with small and linear levels. It was once a happy place, until kamek built a factory there! The Kamechs are very rare here, but they are there.
World 2:ShiverBurn mountains:
A big world, with medium sized levels and alot more Kamechs. There is a Great treasure hidden somewhere in this region, and all the tribes have been trying to find it, without any succes.
World 3: Haunted Utopia
Once a blooming metropol, this massive city was abandoned long ago, and is entirely empty now. Or so they say.. Kamek does not have any factories here, as he feels very uncomfortable around the city. But why?
World 4: Blooming Burrows
A flowery cave, this jungle was once above ground, but when the ShiverBurn volcano erupted, it got covered in ashes entirely. Kamek has a factory here too, so expect to see more Kamechs while venturing through here.
World 5: Siren Cliffs
These cliffs where shaped thousands of years ago, and still stand this very day. Be careful here; one wrong step and it's a 1000 meter drop down into the sea. Since building on cliffs usually doesn't end Well, kamek has no factories here, but Kamechs walk around there everywhere. How is that possible?

I'm not going to reveal worlds 6 & 7; they're a bit too special!

Other Info:

I'll be using music from Kirby and Mario games only, just because I want to. Also, I kinda need beta testers and a world map designer. Help is always appreciated!

did it myself already I'm a better graphic designer nowadays (or so I think)

The layout seems to be similar to Super Mario Star Expedition, which is absolutely fine by me, since that's a really good episode to work off of in my opinion.

Small update; fixed graphical bugs with the koopsters

I'm restarting this, I hope y'all like it!

Well, the hub's gonna be Kameks castle.
You can design parts of that, if you want to.

Also, after I finish 4 levels (all 4 are already WIP, most of them are about 33% done, level one is done) ill release a demo. Yay!

I like the blending of the SMB3 Grass tileset and the recolored SMW Grass tileset in the second new screenshot. Looks very nice!

A Toad-centered episode, eh? Interesting! I'd love to be a beta tester, as always.

You cant make it so you can only play as Toad, you can only block 3 characters cuz 2 player stuffs.

Oh, sorry. Didn't know.

No, if you block 4 characters, both players play as the remaining character.
