Here is the game:

M10A - Pick Your Poison
12 Players - Cardflip

This game would change around the Mystery Game mechanic to better suit creative players. Each player will receive a Role PM as usual, but the Role PM will have a variety of options if the player is chosen as a special role. There is a set number of Mafia, a set number of town, and a set number of third parties, but the player will be able to anonymously choose their role out of a set of possible choices. The game does not start until all players have decided on their role. Likewise, Mafia members will not receive the identities of their allies until they have selected their roles, to prevent plotting before the game starts.

Therefore, here are the possible Role PMs:

You are part of the the Mafia. You can choose to be the Godfather or the Artistic Mafioso.

Godfather - A normal Mafioso who cardflips green.
Artistic Mafioso - A mafioso who can choose to paint players whom the Mafia kill. These paintings will only affect the given player if they are a normal townsperson or a miller.

You are part of the the Mafia. You can choose to be an Eavesdropper, a Propagandist, or a Roleblocker.

Eavesdropper - A mafioso who can choose one person each night. If that person sent the host any messages, they are forwarded to the Eavesdropper.
Propagandist - A mafioso who can tell one person a random secret each night. (Functions the same as the penguin from previous games).
Roleblocker - A mafioso who can choose one person each night. If that person tried to use an ability, it will be blocked.

You are part of the Town. You can choose to be a Sheriff, a Doctor, a Propagandist, an Eavesdropper, or a Doublevoter.

Sheriff - A townsperson who can inspect one person each night to learn their color.
Doctor - A townsperson who can save one person each night to prevent them from dying.
Propagandist - A townsperson who can tell one person a random secret each night. (Functions the same as the penguin from previous games).
Eavesdropper - A townsperson who can choose one person each night. If that person sent the host any messages, they are forwarded to the Eavesdropper.
Doublevoter - A townsperson whose lynch votes count double.

You are part of the Town. You are a Townsperson, who may be a Miller. There may be anywhere from 0-2 Millers.

Townsperson - A normal townsperson with no special abilities.
Miller - A normal townsperson with no special abilities.

Note that you will NOT be able to participate if you are already participating in M10B: A Lonely Voyage (Hosted by 8bitmushroom) because this may cause confusion as well as ruin the whole point of having the two smaller games over one large one. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Other people not liking this game as much as 8bit's doesn't really mean people hate it, but yeah, it's a bit disappointing. This is going to be great once it starts.

The only thing I can see as a problem with this is maybe the way roles are handed out, though that could just be me and other people might like it. It does seem strange how nobody has signed up for this, since it offers a lot more than mine does.

I'll sign up as a substitute, though only throw me into the game if you truly need an extra player since I'll be busy running M10B alongside it. Good luck nonetheless.
