SMB3 Land Spike Tops

I dunno. Could be useful for like a canyon or something.
Credit to reghrhre for original SMB3 spike top.
Save as npc-207 and npc-207m
Save again as effect-109 and effect-109m.

Simple edits but a nice graphic for having a different SMB3 Spike Tops to utulize. Very good work with them. Now we can use them on the overworld aswell... even know we can use the original ones in the overworld aswell. :P
