You know nothing about PC shopping if you're saying this. Alienware is the most overpriced Gaming PCs you'll ever find, and they're not even that good. Price wise, you will regret getting an Alienware (think of Alienware as the rich-kid "I don't care what I pay for crap" brand that has 0 bang for buck)

Alienware is shit anyway why would anyone with a brain buy one.
Wait, that must mean that you don't have a brain and/or you are plotting to destroy the PC masterrace.

(I'm sorry, but the reasonable excuse supposed to be implemented here has been removed temporarily.)
A friend of mine has an Alienware from 2001, and he says that it still works fantastic to this day. He has Oblivion in full quality, and it doesn't skip at all save for the loading instance in very few areas. Super smooth.
Maybe it's because #NotNewerWindows. All Alienware is: A FREAKING DELL, SUPERPOWERED.
After all, the specs you can put in them is the same (or better) as that of the PS4. You may think it's bad because it's a laptop, or Windows 8. My 2004 laptop has certain parts that are malfunctioned or soda-spilled, and that's what I use to do my SMBX designs, among other, not-mentioned stuff. (RPG Maker and GameMaker for future graphics.) Getting off-topic.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAAAA!!!!!
Sorry, just had a little chuckle at that. I can run Oblivion on max with my XP potato and it's lagless. Now, can he say the same for Skyrim? I think not.
Alienware is overpriced as shit and I can build better PCs than they can make. The hardware in a PS4 is about 10x better, not to mention newer, than that of a 2001 Alienware, where you could even compare the two, who the hell knows. A 2001 Alienware is no match for most modern-day gaming PCs, especially those of which that are built with DirectX 11 in mind, the same can be said for the XBone and PS4. Actually, I think the same can be said for even the XBox 360 and PS3.
If your friend can run Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor or Watch_Dogs on max with no lag on a 2001 Alienware, I might be convinced that they're even worth a diminutive fraction of my time, but until then, Oblivion has shit graphics compared to the two games I have previously mentioned and shouldn't have the worth the be brought up.
