i am going to make my first episode.can sombody give me ideas and help me how events works and make custom sprites npcs with special attacks. which program do u recommend to get custom sprites.

You can check the "SMBx Editor Help" inside the SMBX Folder or press F1 in the Level Editor to get more Information as of how to get to work/started with SMBX.
