The merged tilesets look really nice.
Also:
I hope the BGOs don't look too bad. I also added some other stuff.

Oh my god, I need that tileset. Especially those sweet wooden platforms.

Ooh, those rocks look really nice! I'd try making the palm tree leaves thicker and recoloring the bushes to be the same color as the grass. By the way, why not make the rocks actual blocks? That would make for some nice level variety. Really liking the way this tileset is turning out so far.

As for the palm tree leaves, I'll see what I can do. The bushes already had a greener color scheme then the ground in SM3DW, but you're right, it looks better with the ground palette. And the idea with the rocks sounds really neat, I'll do that.

How did you made these waterfalls so perfectly transparent?

The BGOs might need some work, but the tileset seems great otherwise. Really love those wood tiles!

How about now? I think I'm almost done there.

This is just the effect in the PGE, in SMBX, the transparency it is like this:

If I may drop a hint on how to improve on the rock part texturing:
Try making the fill pattern mesh more with itself; have some darker sections move out the bottom of the tile and appear at the top of the next tile, as an example.
You can see a not-very-beautiful line of the normal-brightness rock colour if you loop at the fill tiles in the upper right corner. You can get rid of that ugly line by using this.
One thing you might want to make, if you feel like it (not forcing you), is having an option to make the grass climb up and down walls. It'd require many more tiles and is more of a luxury suggestion, but I think it'd look really cool on this. Especially if you made meshing between grass and no-grass on wall and ceiling.

Thanks, I'll try that. As for the other idea, I might make two versions. One normal one and one with more grass.
Edit:
Better?

This tileset gets better and better the more I see of it, I swear. Are you planning on putting in more tiles, or is this all?

I plan on updating it with a version with grass to all sides though. But if you have a suggestion, go ahead.

Oh, cool! All I really have to suggest is to make end-pieces for all sides of grass, and I'm fairly certain you already have that in mind.

Recolor the water, and it will be fine.
Also, the BG isn't good IMO.

It's like being inside a Neapolitan Ice Cream Tub. Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. It looks like a tasty level, though as Alex48 said, the water could do with a recolour. I would suggest a creamy white shade to fit with the background. Speaking of which, I actually like that background, if you recolour the water, it should fit really well overall.
