Nice, but not much we can comment on. I assume this is has some sort of gimmick, and is not just a generic SMB1 level?

Ok, not really I was just joking. That area looks a bit bland, but it's okay.

The " this is Mario " excuse won't work on this one, Mario games don't normally have rocky volcanic levels with
pieces of grass in them.

Did you even read the rest of his post?

And it does not necessarily use the tileset with lava.

Plus, I think he mentioned this being a test level to show the tileset on his first post.
