I have the idea to create an subforum called "Resolved requests": Here we will(like the title says) stock every resolved GFX requests.
- All subjects here will be locked.
- His position will be next to the subforum "Requests".
- They will have a GFX Moderator Group for move the locked(by them!) resolved GFX requests to this sub-forum.

This is redundant and unnecessary. And I don't understand the second option of the poll at all. What do you mean by "something to repair (precise in commentary)"?

I wanted to say if something is not good. When someone will say something to an miscate (ex: Needs more presisions), i will repair that.

I have a better idea, actually:
Users fufilling a request should post a screenshot with their download link, and then we can move the topic to the Graphics forum. Only problem is that some people might see "does somebody have this?" in the first post of the topic and then think it's okay to post that in the Graphics forum.

I think what we have now is fine, since it could cause the problem that you mentioned.

I agree entirely though while we are on the subject of the Requests section, I have noticed a lot of fulfilled request topics have not been locked like they should be. It would make it a lot easier to tell what has and hasn't been completed.

I agree with the idea but this would mean more work for *everybody* staff and users, before you implement it.

In this case, the GFX Moderators verify if your description is fulyed. If the post is good, They will lock the subject and move the subject to this sub-forum.

You've not got any administrative powers. That means you can't change any of the forums. Just changing it in the first post won't automatically put it on the forums.
