Not sure about the first one.

The second types of platforms need to use moving layers as far as I know.

The second one, is in Return to Dinosaur Land. Check the level folders in the episode.

I believe Dragonmaster146 has made one in his GFX Pack, but do note that it's SMB3 Styled...

Both of these can be found in Return To Dinosaur Land, in levels Cheese Bridge and Forest of Illusions 6.

I mean that platform that appears in the level yoshi's island 3. It is start to move when the player go on that.

That's impossible to implement in SMBX.

Just so there's no confusion, platforms that move when the player steps on them ARE possible in SMBX, but rotating objects are not.
