Holy shit, you were like, a guy. Welcome back to SMBX, Iceman404.

Yeah, this is a different website from the original forums that was created in December of 2013. The original forums were shut down in early to mid 2010 after Redigit became sick of the community, and SMBX itself was shut down in late 2010 after he received a call from Nintendo (presumably because the site had ads on it). This website is designed to have the original forum's look and feel and is has succeeded several other SMBX forums over the years.

It's good to have you back.

Ah, I knew about the whole C&D news but never really bought it. In any case, he DID leave because the community was almost unrealistically childish and irritating, it looks like things have changed quite a bit over here for the better. That's good to know!

Also, yeah the community staff team has gone from the irrationally strict and bad staff of the original forums (and CaptainTrek's) to a much more competent team.
Although who knows where we're going lol
