But not difficult~
Please keep your reviews constructive. i have to enforce the rules even if I don't like them
What he said was constructive enough and I don't see what else he could say.
Anyways, this looks pretty good. Just judging by the screenshots, though, I think you could use some BGOs, coins, question blocks, etc., but it still looks great. I'll try to review it some time.
Design Usage:
Ahh, Classic SMB Level but completly different. This was one nice SMB Designed Level you have made. The different variety of obstacles was neat throughout the Level. I do like the Idea of having separated Sections for Mario and others for Luigi as they surely has a different amount of obstacles on your way. For 2 Players, one gets the Mario's Path while the other Luigi's Path. You also reward the Players differently depends which Characters you choose or get more rewards by playing this Level on 2 Player Mode. By talking on Obstacles, most of them are fine like one was building up floating Blocks to get to the higher Areas and so on, pressing Switches to make the Level easier and more, there is just one thing that bugs me a bit and that is by those red Skull Blocks on certain Areas. They have the unfair ability to kill you instantly which in my opinion there should be a Warning Sign or any indication that these Blocks are a totally insta kill. I thought at first that I can be able to walk on these since they could be special Blocks or anything I do not really know about but due to the fact that it is a very hurtful one is kind of hard to tell at least for me. I know that a Skull Symbol is always a bad thing for most of the Game but that still doesn't completly help the fact that they are suddently instant kill. There are also Places where it is kind of difficult to guess where you are gonna jump down until you are far enough down to see the next Area where you can go further. Your secrets are neat even know that I didn't really find them in my Video playthrough but I do encounter some problems by discovering at the end of the Cave Section that I am off the screen at the top. My suggestion is to add a nice secret there but that isn't all that necessary to add one up there. All the other Obstacles was alright for this Level. Your Music Choicements was good related to this Level. Your length of this Level was also very good. Point Rating: 4.25
NPC Placements:
NPC Placements on this Level was ok to good. You give the player a relatively nice Challenge to building up to get further and others to avoid certain Enemies. I can't see anything wrong for your Enemy Placements on this Level except for one and that is the green giant Spiny Egg. For some odd reason this is the only Enemy in this Level and he was placed on a narrowed way, forcing you to go back and jump over him near the end of the Cave Section. Object Placements like Conveyor Belts and Springboards was neat aswell. Your Coin Placements were average. A bit more would be great especially at the Springboard Section so you get a higher notice where you are about to land on the next Springboard. Your Dragon Coin placements were good to give the Player a great variety of Challenge to get to them. Power Up Placements were also good on this Level but for 2 Players it is kind of lacky but oh well, it is just my opinion overall. Point Rating: 4.25
Overall Rating Score: 8.5
Pretty Good
Your Level was very nice for a SMB Cave Section with outside Sections aswell but also a few issues encountered.
