HQ4x

Hello!
I had an idea of creating anything normal to hq4x, but it must be 32x32 or higher than 32x32 and it should follow the multiplies of 8,16,32, etc.
For those who don't know what HQ4x means:
Post an image, and let me do the other rest!

egh, HQx4 filters on pixel based games like Mario always look ugly to me. I don't understand why people like it.

I don't love hq4x enhanced games. Don't make a baseless accusation that people love hq4x enhanced games without showing proof. You might love hq4x enhanced games, but I sure as hell don't. Don't reference a majority unless you are 100% certain that you are telling the truth.
Also hq4x doesn't add more quality to a game, it just adds more pixels to it, and it blurs any rough edges to give it the impression that it's higher quality, when in fact it isn't, it just looks more cartoon-ish.
