This is an impressive level. It takes place in three locations. Outside the fortress, inside it and even a space ship. The level has excellent design and there's a good variety of enemies including ones with propellers, which is a creative idea. The level is enjoyable, and funny at the same time. It has a lot of humour in it, which you rarely see in levels like this. The eyeless creature before the boss leaves the player with the expectation that you'll fight him later. It doesn't appear afterwards, though. The boss is very well made, but the Ignoritus boss is, oddly enough, glitchy, while the rest of the level is top quality. It seems out of place. The different tilesets used go well together and the music is fitting, although the SMB3 overworld theme in the starting section doesn't quite fit.
