I have the impression that you don't entirely understand the purpose of this update, krazykat.

If you posted a level in "Serious", you admit that you are ready to take criticism for it because your goal is to improve your level and your level designing skills. And "Casual" is basicly the opposite. You made a level for fun, don't care for criticism at all because you don't want to improve it. For instance, a level that you made in the past when you were a beginner goes there. A level that doesn't show your present skills at all. This update doesn't have enough influence to complain about if you ask me.

Also, you don't get punishment for uttering an opinion. You get punishment for the way you do it.

Completely ignoring what Kyo said since I changed my opinion on this update while I was away.

I actually feel that this could make the Level Judges' job easier as now they don't have to give all-out full reviews to every level now which is nice. I'd say go ahead, but one thing before that: please regulate the Casual levels section better. I've seen multiple levels in there get no feedback whatsoever and some get a tiny bit. Only one level in there (who's made by the only popular designer so far to post in that section so far iirc) has gotten decent feedback.

This is because we're all busy with shit. We don't have as much as time as most users. It sucks, yes, but you'll have to live with it.

Until then, please at least try to post like we've finished the update. That'd be grand and it'd make us smile.

We have just implemented restrictions on who can post threads in the main forum. If you're wondering why you can't make threads on this forum now, that's why, because we've gotten back to implementing this.

Now by default, you cannot make a thread in this forum. You may, however, still make threads in Casual Levels.

We will be allowing you to request thread rights by posting in the forum rules. See the newly updated rules for more details.

That's not what's happening. The only thing that has changed is that you'll need to be added to a group to be able to post threads in the main Levels forum. There's no moving of levels involved.

DarkMatt will probably update the rules thread soon.

Fireflowerhour, I don't think you'll have to post a certain amount of levels a month, maybe just don't post joke levels or viaolate any other level forum rules. As long as you do that, you should be fine. (Keep in mind though that this is only me guessing, I myself know as much as you)

No. Once you get it, it's yours forever unless you do something to get it revoked.
