This was quite fun!
The way is was created an the bomb-obs projecting for the SMBX Bowser Castle Block styled BG castle's windows.
Good amount of BGO and NPC's.
Just one flaw. Why is it in the 2nd and 3rd sections?

6/10

This isn't a flaw. The creator of the level can decide what sections use to make a level. If he want, can start at the last section to the first.

This affect the gameplay? No
This affect the level design? No

The reason I did it in section 2 was because section 1
was going to be the inside of one of the castles
but I scraped it and kept only the outside area.
Leaving the level in section 2. Also how does it effect
the level?!

Wow, that level was... a level.

In terms of level design, it was pretty linear, but I did like the waterfall and multiple layers of ground effects. The NPC placement was pretty solid, and whenever I messed up in the level, I felt like it was my fault, and not the game's. I liked the Fire Flower reskin, as well. I thought the idea was very interesting!

(If you don't have a name for it already, I think Sudflower would be an amazing title for it. Trust me, I'm a professional at making punny names.)

But let's get on to probably the only big letdown of the level; the boss. First of all, it pops up right out of nowhere. You're just walking along when suddenly, Wart happens. Secondly, he's pretty much the easiest boss ever if you just run up to him with a bob-omb in your hand and just... stand by him and let the bob-omb hurt him. He didn't even get to fire more than one bubble barrage before he died. Third, the arena was pretty flat and kind of uninteresting.

But even the biggest letdown didn't really bring the level down by much, at least in my opinion. Now then, score time!

Graphics: 8/10 (Nice waterfall effect!)
NPCs: 7/10 (Some of the enemies felt like they were placed there to be there, like the Boos, but overall fantastic placement.)
Design: 6/10 (Like I said, a bit too linear.)
Music: 7/10 (I thought it was unfitting at first, but you know what? It does kinda fit!)

Overall: 7/10 (Pretty Good)

Fireflowerhour said pretty much everything that can be said about this level because, once again, ignoring the fancy CGFX and focusing solely on the design, this is another average level. The only noteworthy things about this level are the Fire Flower sprite swap(s), the effect with the water and the multiple ground layers, and the two NPC generators placed on window backgrounds. Other than that, the level was just hills and enemy rows with the occasional pitfall. There was also the random pipe that had neither a warp nor a Piranha Plant, so it had no purpose and was just sorta there. I'd also complain about the boss, but fireflowerhour did that for me, and all I can add is that the boss is still way too easy and boring even if you don't use the "stand by him and let the bob-omb hurt him" method. I'd say this deserves a 4.5/10.
