Let's Have Fun Playing Your LOVELY SMBX Level World Map/Hu

Yes, I know MidiGuyDP is already doing this but so what? - Why can't I do it too?
Please send me in levels that are within this information:
-Level Name:
-Creator Name: (It most welling your forum name)
-Level Theme: (Grass, Desert, etc.)
-How Many Exits?: (Max 5)
-Which Exits are Used?: (SMW Goal Tape, SMB3 Goal, Birdo Orb, etc. - If it is a custom exit, like a CGFX replace a exit, just say what type of exit it is replacing.)
-Is there a Boss?:
-Are there Collectible (SMW) Stars? If yes, how many?: (3 Max)
-A Download Link: (NO Direct Download links! - Ones where, I click on and my browser will ask me where to download/save the file.
Other guidelines:
-Kaizo Levels I will play them, but I will one play only 0-1 per world.
-If you have a "level pack" you'd like to submit, then put each level into it's own .zip file, then put all those zip files into another zip. Include the descriptions for said levels in a txt file in the main zip, or here on the forums. - No level packs, I don't have enough to wait for them to download
I will be playing your levels blindly, so please no spoilers like screenshots or videos.
Can you also provide a .txt file with the level's information? - So when I am offline with no internet connection, I can still add the necessary information to the worldmap/worldhub!
