RPG Maker VX Ace is 75% Off

So recently, RPG Maker VX Ace was given a 75% sale on Steam. This application is basically a RPG creator which gives you pre-made tools and assets, an editor to create your game with, full Steam Workshop support, and a commercial license to sell and distribute your products. It also allows custom content such as sounds, sprites, and images!

I wanted to see what you guys think of this. Whether you’ll be getting this or not, or if you’re interested in this application at all. If you are getting it or want to get it, what would your game be about?

By the way, RPG Maker VX Ace is regularly priced at $70.00. But because of the 75% off deal it’s now only $17.00! This sale ends on the 19th!

rpg maker is the best.

easily worth 17$, hell, i spent like 90$ on it.

Yeah, I bought it for around 60 dollars (drm free version from rpg maker website)
Since it was 1 dollar on humble bundle I have it on steam as well.
its fucking cool (but i think rpg maker xp is a bit better)

I pretty much came to say this same thing.

Anyway, something I find neat about the RPG Makers is that, to my knowledge, each one has its own soundtrack; no song from RPGツクール2 was re-used/remixed for RPG Maker VX Ace.

All of those terrible RPG Maker games on steam...*shudders*

Also, I already own the Steam version so I don't really care much about the sale.
