Is there a way to make an NPC with not killable by lava without the influence of the noblockcollision code, yet standable?

I'm not to good with it, but you might me able to do it with LunaDLL

Yeah, the problem is that I don't want to use LunaDLL, I want to use SMBX features only.

The only way I can think of is making the lava replace spikes and have invisible axes so if the player touches it, invisible lava appears there.

I don't think even lunadll can do it. There's custom sprite functionality being worked on but I dunno if it's there yet.

Make a NPC Friendly. That way he is invincible to Lava Tiles. That is literally it.

Also, LunaDLL isn't a everyones feature so it is better to go back to the SMBX's basic funtions of the help and support deal except for the LunaDLL Questions.

I believe some of the tank/airship parts are immune, such as the wheels and flamethrower tile.

You can also put a wooden platform on lava if there's a swimmable box just beneath its surface.

Friendly NPC attached to a layer with a block (to account for the standable part)?

I dunno what you're trying to do but that sounds like it might work.

I think even friendly NPCs die to lava before you try that.

No. They are invurnable to anything. This is why they also can't be killed by another NPC like that.

Don't worry, I don't plan to use Friendly NPCs.
