True, but you don't see that often. I've seen many SMB 1-1 remakes, but never an SMB2 one. I kinda like it

If you hit him...
He comes back!
It's a simple boss,you just have to hit him 3 times with a goombob and you killed him! (It's the first boss,watchu want?)
The Horinzontal Pipes Spawn Bullet Bills while the Vertical Pipe spawns a goombob after a few seconds.

Yeah, I forgot to say that it was the 1-1 from SMB2, but with some changes (for example, the usage of slopes and the ACE coins).
Another screenshot. This was is the 1-3 and it was inspired by the 3-1 from SMB2, but it's completely different:

Alright, here's the video:
The reason I put this on Youtube was so I could show off what made this level special: It's not the fact that it's a random bridge with loads of Podoboos and Cheep Cheeps, it's that, unless you screw around with your items for too long, the level progresses along with the music, becoming more intense as the music does.

^ Looks good, but I'd recommend to put more effort into the design usage. I mean, the bridge is a bit plain, don't you think? If there weren't those Cheep-cheeps and podoboos, it would be boring.

Hmm, I don't really want to add changing terrain heights to this already difficult part. I might add some extra BG's, but don't expect it to change all that much. The level as a whole is only meant as buildup to Bowser's Castle, anyway.

GFX for my level (atleast for the first half). Restyle/Recolors by me, Original Sprites by Squishy Rex for the 3-Frame Mecha-Koopa and Nintendo.
Also the main focus of this are the NPCs since they took most time.
