Need help with some stuff

I need some help with a few things

1. I am trying to make a custom graphic for npc mother brain but I want it to have 2 frames for when its just standing there so it has some animation. How can I add that to the graphic?

2. in the super Mario bros 3 special tileset theres some ice blocks that give coins or pirana plants when they get melted I want to use melting blocks but I want nothing to come out of them is there a way to do something like that?

Frames=2 in npc txt
And uh... You may be able to set the npc ID of the smb3 coin to 0 by using lunadll but that would destroy all SMB3 coins so you'd have to use a reskinned other coin if you wanted the smb3 coin
