Does anyone have enemies that look piranha-plantish but replace other NPCs, such as goombas, koopas, fish, etc. I think I've seen some before but I don't know where to get them. If you have any, could you please post them here? It would be a big help, thanks!

SMB3. But don't feel the need to cause I don't need them desperately, but if you'd like to make them than that would be great of course!

I found the ones I think you're talking about. There's a Piranha Plant fish, Piranha Plant Blooper and a SMW Elasto-Piranha, though I have no idea who made them. There's also a Jumping Piranha Plant Podoboo by crazydev. I hope these help SM7:
