Recently, I decided to download Prelude to the Stupid since SMBX can now use LunaDLL, but as I was reading the comments, I saw this:
Spoiler: show

The way this discussion was always spoken about on these forums, I always thought that there wasn't any solution for this, which is why I ask: Will this fix the problem of decimals crashing SMBX without causing any adverse side effects?

Yeah, I also made a decicion for these decimal codes and so on right here: http://www.smbxgame.com/forums/v ... =69&t=1659

To me, it is still annoying to have decimals in their Levels.

Since we also had German Judges in the last contest Valtteri didn't want people to put in decimals bc otherwise the judges couldn't play the levels.

We tecnically can play the Levels, it is just that if a NPC has a decimal in it, it gets extremely different, for example going on a incredible high speed. Other times, if there is a comma in it or something that doesn't match with the whole coding system in SMBX, it will crash with a error message "Type Mismatch"

I feel like you're misinterpreting my question. What I'm asking is: If you follow SAJewer's advice and change the decimal symbol into a period, will it fix

^this (again, without causing any adverse side effects among other programs)?

(dumb question) Where can I change the region and laguage settings?

Also, I think SAjewers' advice can functions, but I'll try it first.

Control Panel --> Clock, Language, and Region --> Change Location and Change Input Method, respectively.

--EDIT--

Well, this thread died quickly. I thought I was on to something when I saw SAJewer's comment, but I guess not.
