1.3.0.1 Cheat glitch

So I was messing around with the new 1.3.0.1 version, (also loving it), and I was making a level, I tested the cheats if they worked, starting with supermario128, then I put in "donttypethis" then the game freezes, the music still plays but esc does nothing and the only way to exit is by exiting the level editior. :s

SMBX had to load a lot of things. donttypethis makes a bomb rain.

I know what it does. I did the cheat while supermario128 was active and no bombs came down but the game froze.

Supermario128 ran smoothly while I activated it, but the bombs from donttypethis made it freeze.

This isn't a Glitch. That is pretty normal if a Game lags extremely because there are too many objects on the screen. If you simply type donttypethis if you only have one player on the screen, it will spawn 27 SMB2 Bombs at the top and falls down. If you do this with 2 player, it will spawn twice as much bombs. Doing the Math: 27 x 2 = 54. That means 54 Bombs are on the screen. With 4 Players (supermario4), it will spawn 108 Bombs. With 16 Players (supermario16), it will spawn 432 Bombs. With 32 Players (supermario32), it will spawn 864 Bombs. With 64 Players (supermario64), it will spawn 1728 Bombs. And for last, with 128 Players (supermario128), it will spawn 3456 Bombs. NPCs do lag if you have a lot of them on the screen so it might freeze or also, if you manage to destroy a Bomb, SMBX crashes with a Error Message. Please avoid doing that because this causes the game to an high amount of lag just for too many NPCs on the screen.

What bossedit8 said. The number of the bombs will double if you use many players at once. and with the supermario128 cheat , the run time error 9 will pop up for the too much lag. I think the same applies with itsrainingman.

The subscript out of range error pops up because there are way too many explosions to handle in SMBX. One explosion do destroys the player, enemies and blocks so if you have too many of them, an error message appear just for subscription overload.

This one also makes a lot of lag but it won't crash the game because it doesn't have another strong script in it that overloads SMBX completly if there are a lot of them. You do have to wait until most of these 1UP Mushrooms disappear or collected by the player...

Probably too many things going on at once caused it to crash. You must have experienced extreme lag before it crashed am I right?
