Magic: The Gathering

None or most of you have probably heard of this brilliant trading card game. Even if some of you don't, I decided to post this to see if there are any surprises because quite honestly I didn't know people like UncleSam as an example have played. If you truly don't know about this game yet please go look it up and consider purchasing a Deck Builder's Toolkit or an Intro Deck or two and go play with a friend. It really is a great game.

MTG is a trading card game expertly executed by Wizards of the Coast, and it is still being frequently updated with new card releases and such. The latest release is Magic 2015 (M15/Magic Core Set 2015) and the newest block expansion set thing called "Khans of Tarkir" is coming out next year so yay.

I personally love this game and somehow I have managed to get over $15k worth of rare cards over the past 9 months. Unfortunately I suck really bad at playing and as far as I can count have never placed first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or even seventh place at any of the Friday Night Magic tournaments I go to, but I still enjoy playing.

But yeah discuss or something and if you do play and have played recently let me know because I have questions to ask of you.

A couple of my friends play this. I have relatively little experience with it personally but it seems like a pretty legitimate card game to me. I never really got into collectible card games when I was young but I can understand the appeal, seems like a fun game.
