How can I attach a layer of blocks to an npc so that the blocks follow the npc? I know npcs can attach with other npcs and follow them but what about just like a normal block? Is that possible or no

You make a layer with blocks on it and attach the npc to it.

Yes, you can do this. You can attach a Layer which has any Objects in it to an NPC, no matter if it is a Block, Background Object or a NPC.

make layer called BLOCKS go to npc events and select ATTACH TO LAYER - next select BLOCKS
