The 5-Players have their own Specialties.

Mario:

- Can jump 4 blocks high. At running speed, 5 blocks high.
- When hitting a block with coins in them, they will bounce out like normal. (SMB3 Style).
- Can have Yoshi and Shoes.

Luigi:

- Can jump 5 blocks high. At running speed, 6 blocks high.
- When hitting a block with coins in them, all the coins will spray out.
- Can have Yoshi and Shoes.

Toad:

- Can run the fastest out of all of them, and will jump at 4 blocks. At running speed, 5 blocks high.
- When hitting a block with coins in them, coins will spray out a little, on each hit, as SMB2 coins.
- Can have Shoes only!
- When have a Hammer Bro Suit, he can throw boomerangs.
- When have a Raccoon Leaf/Tanooki Suit, he can do a jump in the air.

Peach:

- Is the slowest, and will jump 4 blocks high. At running speed, 5 blocks high.
- When hitting a block with coins in them, coins will bounce out like normal. (SMB3 Style).
- Can have Shoes only!
- When have a Hammer Bro Suit, she can throw bombs. - These can blow up some blocks! (Like SMB3 Golden Blocks)
- Peach can hover for a little bit, like in SMB2.

Link:

- Can jump 4 blocks high, at running speed 5 blocks high.
- You don't have to hold down the run button to run.
- When hitting a block with coins in them, coins will spray out as different earning rupees.
- Cannot have Yoshis or Shoes.
- When have a Hammer Bros Suit (Black Feary Potion), he can shoot lasers. - Lasers can go through walls.
- When have a Tanooki Suit (Golden Feary Potion), you can turn into a Statue by pressing the Special Alt button.
- When having a Raccoon Leaf/Tanooki Suit, you can turn into a Feary by double tapping the jump button. - The faster you run, the bit more time you have at being a Feary. (The Max Time is 6 seconds.).
- You can carry up to 9 SMB2 bombs by stabbing at them. You can throw them by pressing the Special Alt button.
- You can carry a key, by stabbing at it. You can even change to a different character, by hitting a Character Change Block, and still carrying the key.

Luigi has a higher jump but the downfall is that he slips a bit more and takes tiny bit of a while to gain a very high speed than Mario.

Otherwise, a good Guide for new SMBX players. Maybe they can learn by themselfes if that is worthwhile like what I did.

I have found that mario can jump 5 block if he walk.

When Peach has a Leaf or Tanooki Suit, she can float 3 seconds.

Actually there is a gameplay in the default SMBX folder which explain almost all the things here, so this is pretty useless.

WTF? I tried hard to do this off the op of my head, and only one person, bossedit8, have told me I've done a good job. No other person properly has!!!
