This is for Super Mario Bros (NES) and with it when you are in the title screen and press B you can choose any world INCLUDING the glitch 256 worlds!!

Just PMed you, but anyway try it in fceux, and type them using a gamegenie BIOS, it should work... if don't, i can upload a savestate with the code on

When you get to the end of a stage, turn it on using an emulator like NESTICLE.
After you go into the castle and stuff where the flag is, turn this on and turn it off after about 5-10 seconds. You will be in a glitch world! 1-1 goes to different castles that look like water levels.

Loops the level endlessly and turns all enemies into bowser bodies. It also make graphical numbers and letters appear in the sky.
