Okay, why the fuck did you use pure NSMBW graphics that contain 1x1 pixels into the levels???
EDIT: Lemme rephrase that.
May I ask why you added NSMBW tilesets in the levels? They contain 1x1 pixels.

Not bad. Just please change the underground tile set. It doesn't look great with the 16-bit graphics.

There are a lot of things that can be improved on. One thing are the graphics. As mentioned above, 1x1 graphics don't settle in too well in smbx. Another thing I saw is that some of the levels mix SMB3 and SMW. That also is looked down upon. The levels could use some more background objects. ONE LAST THING: The 8 bit luigi's look very out of place. Maybe if you recolor them to the pallette of SMB3 SMB2 SMB1 or SMW it might make the luigi look a lot better. But that is just my opinion.

First of all, most of the screens look great! I also like the hidden Luigi thing, though you should try and hide them in a way more like NSLU, and also not use those graphics that aren't 16 bit (the cave and underwater level). If you want 16-bit versions of them, either look around or post in the graphics request subforum. Nonetheless, it looks promising and I wish you good luck.

I hope you know that there's a couple great cave tileset just like the one you're using in the original NSMB style (which, may I add, looks horrible with SMBX graphics) and there's a nice underwater one shikaternia has made. If you want, I can send you both.
