There is a problem with OneDrive at the moment, i'm not sure if its with the files themselves or OneDrive, either way, i tried to download it, didn't work, i tried only downloading a single folder, also didn't work, i even searched through my files to see if it had maybe downloaded the files somewhere else, spoiler alert, it didn't, actually now that i think about it not sure how it would do that- Any way, this seems to be a really big problem as of right now, although i'm not sure if you guys could do anything about it, since i think this a problem with OneDrive itself, i mainly wanted to download this to see if it had more content than the CGFX pack, not sure if it does or not because literally do not have the files, i think i spread this complaint too long, goddammit- i should stop writing everything i say.

For everyone who's having issues with OneDrive, it might be worth looking up solutions to the problem. Also, gonna be replacing the files soon with my own; if there's any errors with masks and whatnot, please point them out.

Everything from my build of the pack should now be in the OneDrive upload. It even has some stuff from forums long gone.

Coo, that means normal uploads can now resume.

On a general note we’ll also be looking decent alternatives for users who are experiencing issues with OneDrive.

You can't have both of these. Not because of file format incompatibility, but just in general. The IDs for all types of assets are different between versions. And even if not, there are surely differences in the frame placement or nuances to specific block/bgo/npc configurations that don't seamlessly carry over between engines.
The "simplest" solution that supports all engines would be splitting up the pack in cases where this causes a problem. But a simpler solution would probably be to just ditch one of the two and focus on either 38A or SMBX2 exclusively. And given this is the SMBX CGFX Pack, I know which engine I'm voting for :p

Closer on-topic I definitely support the complete deprecation of masks as a whole. It'll take a while to fix up all the semitransparent ones, but it'll be worth it because it makes all files in this pack inherently easier to edit. An old version could be kept around for people stuck on 1.3
Not quite. The original SMBX 1.3's graphics, when converted to PNG format, are all interchangeable between SMBX 2.0, SMBX 1.4, and TheXTech. I actually made this distinction before the previous OneDrive graphics pack got deleted. It's more useful than you might think given that both "extended" editions still use the original 292 NPCs, 7 player forms, etc.

Also, for 38A and SMBX2, the Starman NPCs both have the same NPC ID.

Is it just me, or do most if not all graphics in the "SMBX 1.3 NPCs (GIF) folder use PNGs?

I have no clue how that happened, especially since I converted everything to .PNG and got rid of that format before uploading the files. Either way, currently fixing it right now.

Custom Sonic (Link) - Unknown (It had 1x1 pixels but still high quality)

And some graphics packs me or people who have the files need to add are:
Mudkip's Graphics Pack (Explosions, SMB3 Styled Landia, etc.) (Note: I am unsure if some of his stuff like Landia is in the graphics pack or just released separately.)
TryLouBliss Graphics Pack (with a lot of Fixed Graphics)
Zant's Graphics Pack (Radonkel over SMB3 Bowser)

Landia is in the Kirby folder, I'm pretty sure the explosions are in the pack, as well as TryLouBliss's graphics pack and HenryRichard's graphics pack.

Oh, you're right. The search function doesn't seem to search everything. In any case, the pack is still missing Mudkip's KSSU Chilly over Grand Goomba and I'm not sure if that pack is still online. I'll add the missing stuff from the other packs.

Another missing graphic I thought of, Mariobros12's SMB3 Hammer Bro over Link. And I recall a SMW Masked Koopa that replaced Mario or Luigi. And Yoshi64's SMB3 Arsenal Shy Guys. And Custom Blue Thwomp by Clone Mega (I can only find Gray)
