Is there a file or folder where my computer information is stored?

This is your Start Menu. Unless you blew it up, System Information will be there and it will tell you everything you could possibly ask.

Obviously. But there were other labels there as well. Plus, when you click there, it shows other info as well.

Like what? I am sitting here at where you pointed the guy to and all I'm seeing is, indeed, ram and processor speed. Not, say, graphics card information, or, detailed ram info, or, much of anything. This is not system specs, it's a window telling you how bad your PC is. Literally the same as someone telling you your level sucks instead of going into detail.

Ah, well in Win7 Ultimate it's different.
Normally if I want system specs I'll just use an external program though.

For? What account is this?

If it's for an online thing then no, no you can't. Every site instead has a way to recover your password and sometimes your username.

For your computer user account name, like, the one you have to register a password in order to use your computer in the first place ...

1: You don't. Whoever told you that is probably your family.

2: Is your Windows account an administrator account? If yes then Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\User Accounts. I'd post an image, but that is effort. Just head into your Control Panel and click User Accounts. What's there should either answer your question or you asked the wrong one, again.

Ok, so I'd rather say why I'm asking for this because I'm getting sort of tired of trying to explain what I actually want. There's an update of Sonic.EXE that checks your Windows account name and displays it at the end of the game, you can find out about it playing it yourself. The fact is that I want to know HOW to take a Window's account name.

I just played technical support just so you can learn how one takes a window's account name?
