Sorry, but this is a joke level. Once you are down the pipe, there are wierd blocks, a "Fun Is Infinite" background, odd Bgos with Shrek in them, Barneys holding stopsigns replacing Banzai Bills, FutureNyanCat2014 saying something inappropriate, blocks calling us fools, red paragoombas in tight corridors, and a random Squishy Rex saying something also inappropriate. Are you trying to get us back for banning you? At least the first section was good.
1/10 I'd stick with Block Bollocks. Crashes are better than inappropriateness.

Design Usage & NPC Placements:
This Level... was... weird. Well, first off you start on a grasslevel with a few friendly Bomb-ombs, Coin Blocks, a Pipe on my way that was not a entrance and some amount of Blocks around it. Later we just go on a plain Area with the same Bushes over again and at the end of the first Room there is a Pipe that a Bomb-omb tells you that it gets you to the next level but that is a completly lie because once you are at the other side of a Pipe, this is where it gets to a horrified Section. Blocks, Music and backgrounds that just make you fun about this Level. Also some annoying Design that isn't really fun like small areas you have to avoid. I can't tell because this is secretly a Joke Level anyway. At least the beginning was not that bad except for the long unnecessary walk with the same background objects used. Oh and inside the Joke Area, those messages aren't good what so ever. It was short though.
Overall Rating Score: 0.875

Surely this is a bad level in general...
