That would be Mad Monster Mansion from Banjop Kazop.Banjo Kazooie
A bad SMW music port of it, but still Mad Monster Mansion.

Its indeed Mad Monster Mansion from Banjo-Kazooie. Instead, its a ''remix'' of the song with the SMW sounds.
