Generally:
This level felt like the first level of a grass world, a 1-1 or 1-2 feeling. Most of the graphics fit that, as well as the difficulty. There were a few weird moments, like the ending had a SMW bonus tileset and a SMB1 ending castle, which don't really look great together, due to the completely different shading styles. Besides that, nothing really stood out. The tileset was nice, and the Dragon Coins were in decent positions that weren't too hard to find, but were challenging so it wasn't easy to get to them. Well, most of them

The level had nice length to it that reminded me of an official Nintendo game, that the linearity added to. The Bullet Bills felt a bit out-of-place, but not too much that they stood out. Honestly, I really liked this level.
The Ups:
-Balanced difficulty
-No major clash throughout the level
-No cutoffs
-Easy but not boring
-Dragon Coins were placed very well
-Moving pipe gimmick in the cave was a nice touch
-The level had well-placed scenery
-Linear, but had enough exploration that playing through it wasn't completely from Point A to Point B
-Well-placed checkpoint
-Formidable enemy placement that wasn't unfair
The Downs:
-The ending had some minor clash
-The ladybugs were a bit out-of-place, I'd go with fence-climbing Koopas.
-The music sort of fit, but not really (Why did you choose the athletic theme over the normal overworld theme? Just wondering.
-One of the Bullet Bill launchers was a bit unfairly placed, I didn't see it until I lost my power-up.
-The power-up right after the checkpoint can be hard to retrieve if you're too slow.
Overall Score: 7.8/10
