Yes it does clash. I noticed that, but I hope the level was good. Sorry I forgot to use scenery.

To make this brief, all you do is swim to the right. If you stay at the surface of the water, you can bypass almost all the obstacles. The landscape never changes throughout the entire level and is forgettable. The only interesting part was the bully boat spawning npcs out the butt. Since an ice flower was provided, it could easily overpower most of the enemies in the level. The exit just appears without any warning and it caught me off guard and I tried to swim past it. It's not the worst level I've played, but it can improve. The one redeemable factor was the music. It really fit the theme of shallow water ocean swimming. So yeah, it can improve.
I loved the download screen as well. So much cheep cheep  .

This is probably the strangest thing I ever played. At least put a normal background. There is also a lack of BGOs and the level overall is boring.

Level Review: Invasion on Cheep Cheeps

Generally:
Well, the level, gameplay-wise, wasn't actually all that bad. It was easy, but somewhat challenging in some areas. It was relatively short and somewhat repetitive, but spammy in alot of areas. Personally, I'd tone down the enemy placement as well as fix the graphics, which were honestly pretty ugly. They were made in MSPaint, I'm guessing, which isn't good because it adds random 1x1 pixels everywhere. There was also clash with the 1x1 stuff, the enemies from a bunch of games, etc. Overall, I liked the level for its gameplay, but honestly the graphics weren't all that great, to put it nicely.
The Ups:
-The level was kinda fun
-Unique idea of saving the Cheep Cheeps
-Fitting music
-Not overly hard or overly easy; provided a decent challenge
The Downs:
-1x1 graphics that make the level look ugly
-Spammy NPC placement
-Clashing enemies, environment, etc.
-I personally would've put a Larry boss at the end, followed by the Cheep Cheeps thanking you for saving them.
-A bit confusing at first
-Flat, linear design that's somewhat boring
-No scenery, or anything besides enemies to interest the player
-Really short, as in, I beat it in 45 seconds short.
Overall Score: 3.2/10
It wasn't bad, necessarily, it just needed some serious work.

Um I think this level belongs in the trash can  That was just a fail level. I'm making a much less confusing and longer level. I still have really bad experience with level building.

Well, it actually was a pretty average level. Trash Can material is joke levels, troll levels, and levels that are pure crap. This was actually pretty decent.

@bossedit8's Review - Invasion on cheep cheeps - Level created by @lighthouse64
Design Usage:
Ah, a Water Level. This Level was just ok. It's a basic Water Level like SMB but a bit different and sadly less quality invented. The background has a simple colored graphic in it, like a few colors on them which was simple but it worked. The downfall however is that it has 1x1 Pixels splattered all over the background which means you saved this Images while at Microsoft Paint on .gif files. I suggest to download a better Paint Program like Paint.NET because with that you can save .gif files without gaining blurry on your graphics especially at the background image and you also have more Tools to utulize. So by the background, it would of be better to use a SMB or SMB3 Water background objects because they also have a animation at the surface and not only just plain. Level was linear but SMB was also linear on every Underwater Levels anyway. The whole background object placements were low placed. There are a few of them that appeals on this Level but later on there almost isn't any of them to look at. This results the samething as regular blocks (like corals) because they are low placed around the Level... well, it wouldn' really matter all that much because you have different Blocks placed out and not only Corals though but... yeah. There are a few Airships attacking the Water which was nice but at least you could add a bit more of them because only 2 seems less of a real Invasion where a lot of Airships (and maybe Tanks) normally attacking. Speaking of those Airships, there is one that has a Cutoff next to a Pipe. We have a whole bunch of different Tiles like SMB, SMB3 and SMW around. Seems kind of strange to me but ok.
NPC Placements:
Whole NPC Placements was just ok. It has some nice challenges into it like the whole generators from the Airships but sometimes it has like just a row of them like Cheep Cheeps and Spinies at the end which seems not completly right. What I find it especially lacky are those Coins. At the beginning there are decent amount of them that you can collect them but later on there are almost zero amount of them. At least put more Coins around the Level and not only at the beginning. Enemies was so random for this Level. Not only you used regular Sushies but you even used others like Koopas, Crabs, Tweeters and Snifits which seems weird to me. I know it gains more variety to the Enemy placements but there are SMB, SMB2, SMB3 and SMW in this Level. Power Up placements was decent and all but a bit lacky on this Level as it seems.
Overall Rating Score: 2.75
Average
The Level was ok and all but surely there are a lot of stuff that needs to take over in order to get into a higher place.
