Basically I made a few levels, but they didn't have level files. Then we made a custom sprite (we as in the staff) and then we lost all our levels and the files weren't even in game. So we lost access to the whole game.

Well did you ever try searching for the levels in the search bar on start??

If they didn't have level files, they're gone forever. Sorry, there's no way to recover them.

Levels must have .lvl files to re-access them. Terribly sorry, but there's no way around it.

That's to bad there's no option of doing save as .lvl file.
I'm wondering if exe files work.

Did you try "show compatibility files" on the windows menu at the top of the folder?

Thing is, I never had the level files. The only way to access them was in game, I couldn't find them in the folder or anything but I could access them from the game. Thats the thing I want to figure out before I restart my project. I didn't lose that much progress, but I fear it will happen again unless I figure this out.

Did you ever check the "worlds" folder??? That's where you can find things that you play on your game.
